Project Information

  • Category: Web Development
  • Client: BPS Simeulue
  • Project date: 2025-2026
  • Project URL: Under maintenance

Project Overview

SIRAGI is a bespoke web-based application developed for BPS Simeulue (Statistics Simeulue) to modernize and digitize administrative workflows. Before SIRAGI, many administrative tasks—such as letter numbering, archiving, and partner fee calculations—were handled manually, leading to potential human errors and inefficiencies. This system serves as a central hub for archiving correspondence and managing statistical activities, ensuring data integrity and operational speed.

Key Challenges Addressed

  • Inconsistent Numbering: Manual logs often resulted in duplicate or skipped outgoing letter numbers.
  • Complex Financial Tracking: Monitoring fees (honor) for hundreds of field partners manually was time-consuming and prone to miscalculation.
  • Repetitive Documentation: Drafting Work Agreements (SPK) for each partner every month was a repetitive administrative burden.

Core Features & Solutions

Intelligent Digital Numbering System

SIRAGI replaces the manual logbook with an automated sequencing algorithm. The system ensures that every outgoing letter receives a unique, sequential number in real-time. This feature effectively eliminates the risk of duplicate numbers or administrative gaps, ensuring chronological consistency in official correspondence.

Granular Financial Monitoring Dashboard

The system includes a specialized module for tracking Partner Fees (Honor Mitra). Administrators can view a detailed breakdown of fees allocated to each field partner, filterable by specific months or activities. This granular visibility aids in precise budget monitoring and ensures transparency in financial disbursements.

Automated Document Generation (SPK)

To boost administrative efficiency, SIRAGI features a one-click document generator. It automatically pulls data from the activity database to generate Work Agreements (SPK) for field partners. These documents are exported directly into editable Microsoft Word formats, reducing hours of manual typing to mere seconds.

This system significantly reduces manual administrative overhead and improves data integrity.
